January 15 - Deadline for nominations to District Coordinators

January 22- Mail applications to nominees & Mail applications to RETURNEES

February 5- All applications (nominees and returnees) must be received by districts. All fees and applications back from eligible returning students (if installments, first one due from Returnees)

February 15- Mail time / place and requirements for auditions to students

March 1- Creative Writing Portfolio due to Director

NOTE: RETURNING STUDENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UP UNTIL MARCH 1. After the 1st , they will be added to the bottom of the alternate’s list.

 

March 6 - AUDITIONS- Wind/Percussion and Vocal Students at Richland Northeast High School

March 12- AUDITIONS - Visual Art auditions as needed at Richland Northeast High School beginning at 4:00 PM

March 13- AUDITIONS for all areas (with the exception of Vocal and W/P) at Richland Northeast High School

March 20- Mail students notification of their selection status.

April 1- Deadline to receive acceptance and fees from new students
(Final installment for returning students / first payment for new students)

May 5- ALL FEES SHOULD BE PAID AND ACCEPTANCES COMPLETE!

May 14- Mail orientation packet to parents/students

July 6- July 24- Summer Program hosted by the Palmetto Center for the Arts at Richland Northeast High School

July 23- SHOWCASE FESTIVAL – Music & Creative Writing Areas at Lexington One Performing Arts Center
July 24- SHOWCASE FESTIVAL – Dance, Theatre and Visual Art at Richland School District Two Auditorium
