Pam McGill - Pam received a BA from Columbia College and an MAT in Art Education from USC, with advanced study in gifted education and studio art.  She teaches visual art at Blythewood High School where she is the fine arts department chairperson.  In addition, Pam has written and administered Target 2000 and ABC grants for Spring Valley, Ridge View and Blythewood High Schools.  She achieved National Board Certification in 2001 and is a graduate of the Curriculum Leadership Institute for the Arts (CLIA) I, II, Assessment I,  Program Assessment and is currently a facilitator for the Technology Arts Institute.  She was named the Outstanding Secondary Arts Educator in 2000 and 2006 by the SC Arts Education Association.
