Transportation: If you choose the available bus transportation provided by each school district to travel to and from the Palmetto Center for the Arts/Richland Northeast High School (PCA/RNE) campus in Columbia SC, there are certain specific schedules. The students should arrive at 9:00 am daily and should be picked up promptly at 3:15 pm daily.
